A note about this client portal
Woohoo! Your session date is set, and it’s time to dive into the fun part - planning! Start by picking a location, a color scheme, and coordinating your outfits.
Be sure to carefully go over the preparations, as they'll help you fill out the questionnaire (next step).

2. Fill out the pre-session questionnaire
To make the most of your session, I’ve put together two checklists for you - a pre-session checklist and a packing list (what to bring).
Take a good look through them to ensure you're well-prepared for the day!

When we meet for your session, any initial nerves will quickly disappear - I promise! It's my priority to ensure you feel at ease during the shoot. Rather than using stiff poses, I'll provide gentle prompts to keep the session flowing naturally. You'll hardly even notice I'm around!

4. Your session day
Within 3 to 4 weeks, your final gallery will be ready. I'll notify you via email, and you'll find a link right here in your client portal for easy access.
The gallery will also feature a print shop, offering a range of items featuring your images, including prints, albums, frames, and more!
5. Editing & delivery
Please take a moment to go over the preparations carefully, as they play a crucial role in shaping your photo session. Going through them will also assist you in completing the questionnaire, which helps me tailor your session.

In your package, 20 high-resolution images are included.
But if you find yourself wanting more (because, let's be honest, it’s hard not to), don’t worry! When checking out the gallery, you have the chance to upgrade and scoop up an even bigger photo package.
Purchasing extra photos
Once your gallery is ready (typically 3 to 4 weeks after our session), I'll put a link to it right here. I’ll also send you an email notification - don't forget to check your spam folder, just in case!
In the gallery, you can access, view, and download your photos at any time. Plus, the print shop provides a variety of items featuring your images, like prints, albums, frames, and much more!

Weather can be a bit unpredictable at times, and we gotta deal with it! If we planned on shooting outdoor and we're face rainy weather, we can reschedule for a better day.
I monitor the weather forecasts 2 to 3 days before our session. If it looks like the weather won't cooperate, I'll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
1. What happens if it rains on our session day?
Life can be unpredictable, I get it! If someone falls ill or an emergency comes up, please let me know as soon as possible. I'll do my best to find a new date that works for us.
Remember that your retainer fee is non- refundable, but it can be transferred to a future session. However, if you cancel entirely, it will not be refunded.
2. What happens if we need to reschedule?
Couple sessions typically last around 1 to 1.5 hours. This gives us enough time to explore different spots, try a variety of poses, and capture your unique connection without feeling rushed.
My goal is to create a comfortable and fun atmosphere where you can relax, be yourselves, and let your love shine through naturally.
3. How long does the session last?
Two should be the minimum amount of outfits you bring so you can get a little variety, but 3 is my sweet spot.
The golden rule here is to wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident!
4. How many outfits do we need to bring?
Yes, travel fees apply for locations beyond [X] miles from [your location].
The fee is calculated at $[X] per mile beyond this radius. If you’re unsure whether your location incurs a fee, feel free to ask!
5. Is there a travel fee outside a certain area?
The remaining balance for your session is due on the day of the shoot. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer or credit card.
If paying in cash, please bring the exact amount.
